Outside of this box is constructed with Bloodwood and curly Maple. The trim is black Ebony. Interior is Curly Maple. Maple dovetails where inserted to the miter joints for added strength and beautiful detail. Extra attention is added to the curly Maple lid with Bloodwood inlays.

- At SHERE FINE WOODWORKS each box is crafted from solid hardwood. We never use thin veneers.
- Every piece of hardwood is hand picked for it's unique grain characteristic. Than the wood is hand worked to showcase the woods beauty.
- The corner joints are miter cut and assembled to ensure the grain of the wood flows around the corner in a continuing pattern.
- After the wood has been hand worked to a ultra smooth finish we apply 5 coats of TUNG OIL. The oil is absorbed into the wood until it reachs a beautiful shine that brings out the beauty of the wood.
